This Privacy Policy describes the practices of Real Fun Art, LLC ("Real Fun Art," "we," "us," or "our") with respect to the Jamzu application ("Jamzu" or the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy, and this Policy explains what information the App does and does not collect.

2. No Collection of Personal Data

Jamzu does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. The App contains no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking technologies. All information generated through your use of the App — including your games, statistics, and settings — is stored locally on your device and remains under your control.

3. Game Center

If you choose to play online, Jamzu uses Apple's Game Center service to match you with other players and to transmit game moves between devices. This functionality is provided and administered entirely by Apple and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. Real Fun Art does not access, receive, or store your Apple ID, your name, or any other account information; only the game state necessary to complete a turn is exchanged.

4. No Other Data Transmission

Apart from Game Center, the App establishes no network connections and operates fully offline.

5. Children's Privacy

Jamzu is suitable for users of all ages and collects no information from any user, including children.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
